Scholarship Exam

Our second, and final scholarship exam date for new students entering 7th-9th grade looking to enter Bishop Ludden-Grimes for the 2026-2027 school year, will be held on Saturday, January 31st.  If you have questions do not hesitate to reach out to the enrollment office at (315) 579-0086 or cpetrera@syrdiocese.org.

Arrival: Please be here by 8:45AM. Enter through the main doors. Check-in will be in the main lobby. The exam begins at 9:00 AM and will end around 11:30 AM. Students will have bathroom and snack breaks during the test ( you may bring a personal snack if you’d like). Students can bring their own water bottle

Have students dress as comfortably as possible! Sneakers, jeans, sweats, etc. Please bring two #2 pencils.

Any student who wishes to be considered for an academic scholarship at Bishop Ludden-Grimes must take the exam on site.  However, our exam at Ludden-Grimes is NOT required. It is only for students who wish to be considered for an academic scholarship at Ludden-Grimes. This is NOT an entrance exam.

If your student has an IEP/504 program, please make sure the counseling office at Ludden-Grimes has the paperwork ASAP, so they can make the appropriate accommodations. You may email the IEP/504 to cpetrera@syrdiocese.org. Nothing will be shared outside of the appropriate people administering the tests. If we do not have IEP/504 prior to the exam day, we will not be able to offer accommodations.
