To Request an official Transcript you can:

• Call the Guidance Office at 315-488-3237 
• Send an email to the Counseling Office at lharris@syrdiocese.org 
• Mail your request to Bishop Ludden-Grimes Guidance Office, 815 Fay Road, Syracuse NY 13219

Please be sure to include the name and address of where and to whom we should send your transcript.

Also, please make sure that you include your name at the time of graduation, and the year that you graduated.
